    After making a phone call in regards to purchasing a specific forklift ,Nathan Tam from sales was extremely helpful and honest with all the questions that I asked and went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for unfortunately he was not able to supply the forklift within the time frame that i needed however he still made a follow up call to see if he could help which is a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend giving Nathan a call if your in the market for a new or used forklift, you won't be disappointed 👍👍👍👍👍

    Nathan was very helpful in walking us through the process of selecting, purchasing and then delivering our new walkie reach stacker by the date we required.

    He kept us informed throughout the process and ensured we received our unit by the critical date required. We will definitely use Fork Force and Nathan again in the future for further purchases

    Just want to say a BIG thanks to Kyle Robberts. I ordered an electric pallet jack that I desperately needed for the night of the 9th May for an install. I probably waited too long to order this ( with delays in shipping due to supply issues and Covid ) so Kyle told me that I would not have the one I purchased in time. HOWEVER, at no cost to me, he organised a simular new unit and had it shipped to me during the 9th May, so now we will be able to complete the job easier.
    You just do not see back up service like this these days very often, and when you do it feels special.
