Terms and Conditions for “LIFT & WIN” Promotion

Eligibility:

🠮 This promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

🠮 You must be an eligible representative of the purchasing company to receive the prize for this promotion. Fork Force takes no responsibility for determining your eligibility regarding your employment and position within your company.

🠮 Employees, contractors, and agents of Fork Force and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period:

🠮 The promotion starts on 3rd March, 2025 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 30th April, 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST.

How to Enter:

🠮 Any signed contracts for sales, rent to own or long term hire during the promotion period will qualify for an instant win prize.

🠮 Limit of one (1) entry per customer, regardless of how many units or separate contracts entered into.

🠮 Upon signed contract of the purchased or hire forklift, the purchaser will be sent a link to scratch and win within 30 days of their purchase. This does not mean. you will be sent the prize right away.

🠮 After the unit has been delivered and payment is in good standing, the customer will be eligible to receive the prize won in the Scratch & Win.

Draw and Winner Selection:

🠮 All customers who buy, long term hire or rent to own during the promotion period are eligible to claim a guaranteed prize. It is at the customer’s responsibility to claim the prize.

🠮 Instant win prizes are selected at random through an automated digital “scratch and win” platform.

🠮 Ffour electric pallet trucks (up to $2,500 value) and four manual pallet trucks (up to $1,000 value) are available. The remaining minor prizes are randomly selected, with the ability to win a free service on 1 x machine or a $100 Visa gift card.

Conditions:

🠮 By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Fork Force Australia, which are final and binding in all respects.

🠮 Fork Force Australia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

🠮 You must not have signed the contract before or after the promotion dates.

🠮 Entry to this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. If you receive another offer or discount, this may render you ineligible for entries into the draw.

🠮 Casual / short term hire (less than 3 months) are not eligible for entry into this promotion.

🠮 Purchases of pallet trucks or forklifts under $5,000 in value excluding GST do not qualify.

🠮 You are disqualified from eligibility or your prize will be null and void if you cancel your contract, both before and after the prize draw.

🠮 Fork Force Australia will not pay out on this prize until you have taken delivery of your purchase, and all payments due to Fork Force Australia in good standing.

Publicity:

🠮 By entering, participants agree to allow Fork Force Australia to use their name, likeness, and any promotional material related to this promotion for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability:

🠮 Fork Force Australia and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues beyond their control that may affect participation in this promotion.

Dispute Resolution:

🠮 Any disputes arising from or relating to this promotion will be governed by the laws of Queensland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

General:

🠮 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, at the discretion of Fork Force Australia.

🠮 The promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Additional Terms and Conditions of $100 Visa Gift Card Prize:

⮞ It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide the correct email address to receive the prize. No responsibility will be accepted by Fork Force for any unrecoverable gift cards.

Additional Terms and Conditions of “Free Servicing” Prize:

⮞ First Service Only

⮞ Metro Areas Only. Non-metro customers are eligible to receive a free service kit.

⮞ Free service to be provided through Fork Force only.

⮞ Excluding delivery and/or transport costs.

⮞ Not transferrable to anybody else, or any other offer.

⮞ The recipient must have pre-completed the Credit Account Application prior to requesting the service (this will be sent via email after scratch and win online game is completed).

Additional Terms and Conditions of Pallet Truck Prizes:

⮞ Electric pallet trucks will be up to a maximum $2,500 value.

⮞ Manual pallet trucks will be up to a maximum $1,000 value.
