Steve Cunliffe, Managing Director
Steve has a wealth of experience in the forklift industry. A diesel fitter by trade, he naturally has good technical knowledge and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the materials handling sector.
During the past 30 years, Steve has held senior executive positions or directorships with some of the industry’s major global forklift manufacturers, distributors and international spare parts suppliers.
Today, his focus is centred on managing Fork Force’s business operations to ensure the continued success of the company’s growing sales, hire and service divisions. He uses his extensive national and global networks to source new and used forklifts, telehandlers and walkie stackers, and forklift spare parts for our expanding inventory. He personally signs off on all major sales, hire and service agreements.
To keep Fork Force constantly market focused with its people and products, Steve personally monitors all customer feedback and new enquiries to ensure continuous improvement and seamless customer service.
Adrian Martin, General Manager – Operations
Adrian established the original company; Fork Source Pty Ltd in 1999. Now as the General Manager – Operations for Fork Force Australia, he works closely with Steve using his extensive knowledge to manage the operational side of the business.
Adrian has had a long association with the forklift industry, holding senior executive operational positions with major manufacturers both in Australia and abroad. With his advanced technical background, Adrian knows all there is to know about forklifts.
At Fork Force, Adrian is focused on growing the company’s forklift hire and rental business, and managing our extremely busy workshop and on-site forklift servicing, repairs and parts departments.
Adrian’s team will ensure you receive value for money on price. He will also ensure your forklift is thoroughly serviced and safety-checked, then delivered to the right place at the right time for sales and hire customers nationwide.
His team will provide all purchasing customers with a professional and friendly post-sale maintenance service for their forklift, telehandler or walkie stacker to ensure it keeps running at full capacity for its maximum lifetime.
Matthew Humphrey, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Matthew joined Fork Force Australia in August 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer.
Over the past 20 years Matthew has been a part of finance teams across multiple industries in Australia, the United Kingdom and United States as well as spending time at one of the big 4 accounting firms. His last role saw him leading the treasury team for a global engineering firm.
As a certified accountant, Matthew has the skills to drive the Fork Force finance and administration team to ensure the business is running efficiently and performing well.
Matthew can provide the guidance to our customers when it comes to financing a new forklift, telehandler or walkie stacker to ensure customers continue to receive the best value and service from Fork Force. With his extensive knowledge and experience in finance and administration, Matthew is a vital addition to the senior management team.
Francis Lal, General Manager – Marketing & Business Development
Francis joined Fork Force Australia in June 2018 as General Manager – Marketing & Business Development. Over the past 11 years, Francis has led marketing and sales functions across B2B multi-national businesses, working across the full marketing spectrum, from product design, through to branding, advertising, lead generation and sales development.
As a certified practicing marketer (CPM), Francis also holds a Masters in Marketing and a Masters Business Administration (MBA). These skills and experience will ensure Fork Force provides a compelling value proposition to the market and best-in-class customer service.
